# Properties

Route: `/properties`
Sidebar group: World
Permission: `properties.view`

## What it does

List of every property in your server, houses, apartments, rentals. See who owns what and how much they pay.

## What you see

* **Property row** with address, type, owner, rent amount, rent status (paid / overdue).
* **Filters**, type, status, owner.
* **Search**, by address or owner license.

## Common actions

* **Click row** → property detail.

This page is read-only. Reassign / rent edits / evictions are not implemented in the dashboard.

## Notes

Property data comes from your housing script's tables. Supported out of the box: `qb-houses`, `qbx_houses`, `ps-housing` and most ESX housing variants.
